10 Minute Detoxifying and Rejuvenating Facial Mask

Recipe for Radiant Skin

2 TBSP Silica & MSM Lotion
1 TBSP of Kelp powder (Dulse granules work great)
1 TBSP honey (organic local high quality or raw is best)

Mix these ingredients in a glass bowl and let sit for a few minutes to evenly disperse the nutrients and then apply to the face and décolleté liberally. Recline and relax for 10-15 minutes while your skin soaks up the nutrients and releases toxins. Place a very warm damp washcloth over your face for a minute or two. Remove the cloth and gently massage in upward circles for an even better result before completely removing the mask. You will need to splash your face with water to loosen the seaweed and finish with a wet washcloth. Voila, your skin will feel fresh and soft!

This mask will last a week in the refrigerator.

This mask is a gentle exfoliator, an effective detoxifier and a superb moisturizer. Be aware that you will feel a tingle and this is the activation process of the properties that are doing their job.

Seaweeds are rich in vitamins A1, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, K, pantothenic acid, folic acid and niacin. They are an important supply of 60 trace elements and an excellent source of over 12 minerals, especially sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and manganese. In fact, seaweeds contain much larger concentrations of what is present in seawater, and in a form, which can easily be assimilated. The potassium-sodium content of sea vegetables is usually quite close to that occurring naturally in the human body. Many marine algae are a source of vitamin B12, which is rarely found in land vegetables.
