I’m writing about my experience with taking your silica. I’ve taken other products which all have caused stomach upset. I have a very unstable low back which my doctor attributed to, in layman’s terms, flabby ligaments. I felt a remarkable improvement within about two days, which allowed me to move with much less pain. I took it for two weeks and then forgot to take it for about three days and noticed my back getting worse again. Needless to say, I started up again and have been feeling continuous improvement.
Another effect I’ve felt, was that the very deep horizontal ridges in some of my fingernails have disappeared. At one point I thought these ridges might be caused by a fungus, went to the doctor, he prescribed some creams which didn’t help. I tried all kinds of stuff until I finally just gave up. After taking your silica for a few months now, the condition has just about completely cleared up and my fingernails look smooth and healthy again. Amazing!
Silica really seems to be an amazing mineral.
Next, I’m trying some other of your minerals to help my annoying muscle spasm and hypothyroid issues.
The way you prepare the minerals is perfect for my body. I could never digest these hard little pressed tablets, or even the powders; they would always upset my stomach. The way you deliver them in water is perfect for me. Thanks for a great product!

Feb. 16, 07 - I purchased your silica at Frazier Farms in Vista. Have been using about 2 weeks and my nails are much improved already. For over a year I have been dealing with painful hip joints and stiffness and at one time I was using a cane. Well, I have progressed for the better but still not 100%. I have started myself with MSM, glucosamine, chondroitin, omegas, hyaluronic acid, but I still need help. I am always aware of the underlying pain. Any suggestions?
Feb. 20, 07 - The silica is helping my hip joints already. I am doing a 40 minute hilly walk every morning and it does not hurt. I am so grateful for your silica. Have tried 3 other brands, but they did not do the job. Will keep you posted. I also bought a concentrate of your magnesium at the HFS.
